17-year-old Chad Finley returns to ASA Late Model Series
competition this weekend at Dixie Motor Speedway.

DeWitt, Michigan (Wednesday, August 19, 2009):

As the 2009 racing season hits the homestretch, 17-year-old Chad Finley has shown a great deal of versatility with wins and
impressive finishes in two different types of machines. Now the DeWitt, Michigan teenager will return to where it all began for him;
behind the wheel of a template bodied / crate motor machine. Finley will pilot the #16 Larry Varney owned ASA Late Model this Friday,
August 21st at the fast 4/10s (0.400) mile progressively banked d-shaped paved oval of the Dixie Motor Speedway, located North of Flint
and South of Saginaw in Birch Run, Michigan for the running of the 3rd annual Mid-Michigan Dixie Challenge 100 for the ASA Late Model
Series Northern Division.

Two weeks later, Finley will be back behind the wheel of Varney’s Chevrolet Impala at the ASALMS Northern Division’s next event on
Saturday, September 5th at the multi-groove 3/8s (0.375) mile high-banked paved oval of the Owosso Speedway, located between
Owosso and St. Johns on M-21 in Ovid, Michigan for the Labor Day 100. “It will be pretty cool to return to the ASA Late Model Series. That’
s where it all started for me. Ron and Sandy Varney are very nice people and there series gave me the opportunities to get a lot of
racing experience when I was 14 years old until now.” An appreciative Finley stated. “We tested at Dixie a few weeks ago and it went
very well. Larry (Varney) has been hanging out with us at some of our Outlaw Super Late Model races and we got to talking and decided
to run these two events here in Michigan.” The 17-year-old Great Lakes State teenager continued. “I’ve watched Chad grow as a driver
and a person. He has a tremendous amount of talent and I believe he can get the job done,” Larry Varney added. “I took the car up to
their shop and dropped it off for them to prepare it for these two shows. Boy they are all a great bunch a guys, they all get along real well
and are very dedicated to wanting to win races. Hopefully I can help all of them do just that.” He offered.

Finley will bring his primary sponsor, Auto Value / Bumper to Bumper Parts Stores and Certified Service Centers as well as associate
sponsor, PasstimeUSA.com with him and those colors will be prominent on the #16 machine for both shows “We’ve learned a
tremendous amount from Wayne (Setterington) and the B.K.R. team this summer in ARCA and we’ve been able to apply that
information when we tested and I was very happy with the car. Hopefully, we can find victory lane this weekend and at Owosso in two
weeks.” He ended.

The DeWitt, Michigan rising star has made three starts for Brad Keselowski Racing (B.K.R.) in the ARCA RE/MAX Series and in the last
race for B.K.R. in ARCA competition at the famed Berlin Raceway, located West of Grand Rapids in Marne,Michigan for the Wolverine
Power Systems 200 Presented by Generac on July 25th, Finley proved he belonged with an impressive third place finish. His podium
finish came on the heels of a sixth place finish in his ARCA debut at Toledo Speedway in Toledo, Ohio back on May 17th and a ninth
place showing at the Iowa Speedway in Newton, Iowa on July 11th.  All three starts were behind the wheel of the B.K.R. #29 Auto Value /
